Because of our views on privacy we want you to be able to control how much information from your pinkepals account is accessible to third parties. Therefore we have created the Website so that you may change your privacy settings under your profile page to vary the amount of information which is available to different users.

1.1.   A “Registrant” or "Pinkepal" is anyone who has registered to use the Service.
1.2.   Details provided by you to Pinke Limited ("Data") are stored by us for the primary purpose of providing the Service. 
2.      Registration
2.1.   When you register with us to receive the Service you shall be required to complete a registration/order form to enable us to provide you with the Service.
2.2.   Please be aware in order to provide the Service to you Data will be accessible via the Website and we may provide Data to third parties, including without limitation, our internet service provider and any other third parties which we consider may assist you in your use of the Website and Service.
2.3.   From time to time we may invite you to provide further information in order to provide you with an enhanced Service or to provide new services (such also being defined as Data). In order to deliver such services we will need to process such Data and may need to transfer it to third parties.

2.6.   Payment details provided during registration are processed and held by SECPay Limited of 1 The Boulevard, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, ALJ 1EL, Company Number: 03539217 on behalf of Pinke Limited, and the Pinke website stores the last 4 digits, expiry date and Credit card name details of the credit card for administration purposes. The full credit card Information is only stored on the SECpay Solution.
2.7.   Data held by us may be used for the purposes of future demonstration, development and improvement of the Website and Service.
3.      Aggregate Information
3.1.   We may use aggregate Data and statistics for the purpose of monitoring the Website usage in order to help us develop the Website and our services and may provide such aggregate Data to third parties. The statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
4.      Updating your Details
4.1.   If any of the Data that you have provided to us changes, for example if your contact details change, please update your registration directly via the Website.
4.2.   To ensure accuracy of the Website, you may personally edit your registration details. Our staff may edit your registration details on your behalf with your prior consent, which can be verbal or in writing.
5.      How Pinke Limited Protects your Data
5.1.   The internet is not a totally secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy. Subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions we shall keep your Data confidential. The security procedures of Pinke Limited relates to storage, access and disclosure of registration details. If you are a Registrant [your identity shall be confirmed by reference to unique information being a user name and Password]. The user name and password shall enable you to use the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your user name and password confidential. 
5.2.   We take all reasonable steps to require those parties to whom we transfer Data to comply with the same levels of protection as we do. However, the internet is not a totally secure medium and you acknowledge and agree that Pinke Limited shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of Data, except to the extent we are required to accept such liability under the Data Protection Act 1998.

6.1.   If this business is sold or integrated with another business your Data may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
